I am GeRita Connor, Co-Owner of Blissful Bites and candy connoisseur- lol! If you can't tell, I LOVE candy- especially fruity candy. After running across Freeze Dried Skittles at the gas station one day, I was instantly hooked! I went back a few times to purchase them and after a couple of weeks they were sold out and on back order. I started researching how to make them myself and decided to invest in the machine needed to freeze dry treats. With the candy constantly being sold out in stores, I realized I was not the only one who wanted more. A couple of weeks and a few batches later, Blissful Bites was born!
